Thanks for your email. It was almost about the same time that we decided to sell and not long after we sold our house the house prices went super crazy! We were about 1 month too late to be able to purchase in our price range in Cherrybrook, which was disappointing. Anyway, we have purchased a really nice house in Baulkham Hills that we are extremely happy with. Just wanted to say thanks for your help and attention over the past year.
